Left untreated, termites can literally eat up the equity in your home. In fact, termites cause more damage than fires, earthquakes, and floods every year combined! Advantage Termite & Pest Control offers an array of the best termite treatment options to protect your investment. All of Advantage Termite & Pest Control’s technicians are licensed professionals so you can expect only the highest level of service.
Local Treatments – Our technicians will inject a registered termiticide into the termite-infested galleries. The termiticide will flow through the galleries, killing present termites and in most cases providing lasting residuals to help prevent future infestations in those treated areas.
Attic Blast – One of our licensed inspectors will prescribe the appropriately registered termiticide for each individual attic blast depending on various conditions. Applying treatment onto bare unpainted wood is a great way to control termites in an attic. Our termite rigs are equipped with large treatment tanks to handle even the largest attics.
Wall Foam – For wall voids and spaces that are not directly accessible, our inspectors may recommend a wall foam treatment. Using pressurized tanks and foaming agents; an Advantage Termite & Pest Control technician will treat the voids between walls with minimal drilling and with no need to tear down the drywall!
Timbor Preventative – Want to rest assured knowing that your attic or “under construction framing” is protected from termite infestations? Our Tim-bor termiticide can be applied as a termite “pre-treat” to structures under construction, or as a preventative! Our termite rigs are equipped with large treatment tanks to treat even the largest areas.
Fumigation – available upon request.
Slab Pressure Treatment – This method involves an Advantage Termite & Pest Control technician drilling through the concrete slab in selected areas to reach subterranean tubes and nesting sites. Because it is a pressure treatment, the product spreads out around the injection sites giving great treatment coverage!
Wall Foam – For wall voids and spaces that are not directly accessible or conditions that make Slab Pressure Treatment inappropriate, our inspectors will typically recommend a wall foam treatment. Using pressurized tanks and foaming agents; an Advantage Termite technician will treat the voids between walls with minimal drilling and with no need to tear down the drywall!
Trench and Treat – A trench is dug around the structure, in the sub area of a raised foundation, or area infested, and the termiticide is applied into the trench. Because the top layer of dirt is removed, soaking down to the subterranean nesting sites is more desirable to obtain optimal effectiveness. This also creates a barrier between the structure and potential invading subterranean termites.
Rod Treatment – Your Advantage Termite & Pest Control technician will use rod injections to treat soil along and around the external perimeter area of the building. This form of treatment is best used for deeper injections or where there may not be room for a trench and treat application.
